1. Preparation for Presentations
Please submit your data (for presentation: no audio) verify, and preview at the PC Reception desk at least 30 minutes before your session begins.

2. Presentation Time
For general oral presentations, the time allotted is 8 minutes (5 minutes for presentation + 3 minutes for Q&A). For Special Lectures, Educational Lectures, Symposiums, Panel Discussions, and Committee Special Programs, presentation times vary by session. Presentation times are as previously communicated individually. Please strictly follow the time limits. Please follow the chairperson's instructions regarding proceedings.
3. Timing
A green light will be on during your presentation. The light will turn to yellow 1 minute before the end, and a red light will turn on at the end of your allotted time.
4. Next Presenter
Please come to the next presenter’s seat when the called presenter takes the podium.
Presentation Method

All oral presentations must be made using PC (PowerPoint) only. While 16:9 slide size is recommended, 4:3 is also acceptable. |

Please create your presentation data using Microsoft PowerPoint 2019 version. *There is no limit to the number of presentation slides. |
| 3. |
PowerPoint's "Presenter View" cannot be used. If you need presentation notes, please prepare them yourself. |
| 4. |
You will operate the slide pages by yourself from the podium. |
For Those Bringing Data (Presentation file only)

Please make sure to test your presentation on a PC other than the one used to create it, and bring it on a USB flash memory drive. |

Regarding Conflicts of Interest: Sample slides for disclosure during oral and poster presentations, along with editable data, are available on the academic conference's official website's abstract submission page (https://kinki-convention.jp/jsao62/theme.html). Please include information disclosure on the first slide of your presentation or poster. To prevent font corruption and layout disruption, the following fonts are recommended: MS Gothic, MSP Gothic, MS Mincho, MSP Mincho, Arial, Century, Century Gothic, Times New Roman. |

All presentation data will be responsibly deleted by the secretariat after the conference. |
For Presenters Bringing Their Own PC
| 1. |
If your presentation was created on a Macintosh or contains video/audio data, please bring your own PC. |
| 2. |
The PC cable connectors available at the venue are D-SUB mini 15-pin or HDMI. Please either bring a PC with these output ports or make sure to bring an appropriate adapter that converts to these formats. |
| 3. |
Please disable both the screensaver and power-saving settings in advance. |
| 4. |
If using video data, it must be playable in Windows Media Player. |

1. Presentation
You will be required to give a short presentation in front of your poster.
PowerPoint cannot be used. Please follow the chairperson's instructions regarding proceedings.
2. Poster Creation
Poster Size: Within 190cm height × 90cm width (please refer to the diagram on the right)
As long as your poster fits within the above dimensions, there are no restrictions on style, layout, or number of sheets.
The presentation number (20cm × 20cm) will be pre-placed in the upper left corner of the panel. Please prepare presentation title, affiliation, and presenter name(s) on your own.
Pushpins for mounting will be provided by the conference secretariat.
Please refrain from using adhesive tape or similar materials.
○ General Posters
1. Poster Presentations
Poster Venue: Light Cube Utsunomiya 1F, Small Conference Rooms 103+104
Presentations will be in mini-oral format in front of a monitor. There will be no paper poster displays, so you do not need to bring physical posters. Please bring your presentation data to the PC Reception desk (1F Lobby) on the day of your presentation.

Please wait at the next chairperson’s seat, located at the front right of the venue, at least 10 minutes before the scheduled start of your session. There will be no announcements for the start or end of the session, so please proceed with the session at the scheduled time.
2. Punctuality Request
The schedule is very tight. Please ensure that the sessions proceed on time.
